1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

1.1 Standard Products (Solar Panels, Inverters, Batteries)

• May be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Must be in original, unopened packaging with all components
• Must show no signs of installation or use

1.2 Custom/Bulk Orders

• Typically non-refundable unless defective
• Special consideration may be given for unopened pallets

1.3 Accessories (Mounting Hardware, Cables, etc.)

• May be returned within 45 days of delivery
• Must be in resalable condition

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
• Special order/custom configured systems
• Products damaged due to improper installation or handling
• Software and digital products

3. Return Process

3.1 Initiation

2. Provide order number and reason for return
3. Receive Return Authorization (RA) number

3.2 Shipping Back Products

• Customer responsible for return shipping costs
• Large items may require freight shipping (we can arrange)
• Must use original packaging when possible
• Insure shipment for full product value

4. Refund Processing

4.1 Inspection

• All returns inspected upon receipt
• Refund amount determined based on condition

4.2 Refund Methods

• Original payment method: 5-10 business days after approval
• Store credit: Immediate upon approval (plus 10% bonus)

4.3 Deductions

• Up to 15% restocking fee for non-defective returns
• Original shipping costs non-refundable
• Return shipping costs deducted

5. Warranty Claims

For defective products outside return window:

• Refer to manufacturer’s warranty
• We will facilitate warranty claims
• Replacement preferred over refund

6. Special Cases

6.1 Damaged in Shipping

• Report within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of packaging and damage
• We will arrange replacement or refund

6.2 Incorrect Shipments

• Report within 7 days
• We cover return shipping
• Correct item shipped immediately

7. International Returns

• Additional 15% processing fee
• Customer responsible for all duties/taxes
• Must comply with export regulations
